Description :
The canalside boundary wall lies to the east of the Swansea Canal (PRN 01046.0w) and west of the former Morfa Rolling Mill (PRN 8091w). It is likely to have been originally built not long after the commencement of the Morfa Copper Works in 1828 and has been much altered since.

The wall is approximately 3m high and built of a mixture of materials, chiefly Pennant Sandstone, unmoulded copper slag and brick. The internal face to the copper works displays the remains of several buildings built against the wall and since demolished.

At the south end a blocked up entrance is visible. This was originally a full height gateway between copper brick gateposts, leading to a bridge over the Swansea Canal (PRN 08225w).
