What is Archwilio?
Archwilio provides public access to the Historic Environment Record (HER) for Wales. It includes (or provides access to) information on tens of thousands of historic sites and pieces of investigative work. The HER is maintained on behalf of the Welsh Ministers by Heneb: the Trust for Welsh Archaeology and in fulfilment of the requirements of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023.
