Summary :
A large standing stone, aligned NE-SW, situated amongst five mature beech trees adjacent to a house and garden shed. The stone has a wide sub-rectangular base, a relatively straight SW side and a gently sloping NE side. The SE face is flat and wide. The NW side is also wide but more rounded. Directly to the SW edge of the stone is the remnants of a modern wall.

Description :

GGAT 72 Prehistoric Funerary and Ritual Sites Project 2003

The monument has been preserved as a garden feature within the grounds of the Victorian house, which could indicate it has been moved or altered (Meek 2020).
