Description : Lead trials (Pre 1872)
Geology Silurian Frongoch formation mudstones and grits with galena and barytes mineralisation. A number of lodes were intersected by the workings striking east-west.
Workings There are two shafts and two levels centred on SO98958335. One of the shafts was an engine shaft.
Transport Earthwork traces of tramway track beds can be seen on the spoilheaps.
Power No evidence survives although a waterwheel and drawing machine are recorded as being present in 1872.
Processing Manual dressing is evidenced by sorted rock on the spoil heaps and jigger tailings.
