Part of Abercarn manor. Upland grange lands occupied by Grade II listed Rhyswg Fawr farmhouse with probable early 17th century origin (probable site of grange farmstead), Rhyswg Ganol and Rhyswg Fach post-medieval farms (Procter 2018).
