Summary :
The site of a Hafod Copper Works building, to the south of the building PRN 08260w and east of building PRN 08255w. The visible remains comprise an extensive north - south area of concrete surfacing measuring approximately 30m by 12m.

Description :
The site of a Hafod Copper Works building, to the south of the building PRN 08260w and east of building PRN 08255w.

The visible remains comprise an extensive north - south area of concrete surfacing measuring approximately 30m by 12m. At the south east corner is an apparent concrete machine base. A small yellow brick structure or surface to the east may correspond to the east wall.

The building is shown on OS and site maps between 1879 and 1943. In 1928 it was labelled on site maps as 'Machine Shop, Polishing Room and Office' and in 1943 as 'Casemakers Shop and Case Stores'.
