Summary :
House built in 1801 for ironmaster of Neath Abbey works. It is a Georgian style building with a 3-storey central block flanked by 2 storey wings.

Description :
A double-fronted house, constructed in 1801 and now divided into three separate dwellings (nos 2, 3 & 4 New Road). It was the residence of Joseph Tregelles Price, owner of the Neath Abbey Ironworks which backs onto the building. Also used as offices. It is a Georgian style building with a 3-storey central block flanked by 2 storey wings.

Included in the Neath Port Talbot list of Buildings of Local Importance and Designated Canal Structures (Neath Port Talbot Council).
