Summary :
On the N side of the yard facing the house [Stanton Manor Farm] is the ancient chapel now used as a stable.

Description :
On the N side of the yard facing the house [Stanton Manor Farm] is the ancient chapel now used as a stable. In the N and S wall is a pointed window (Bradney 1907, 223).
Chapel still used as as stable in 1957; windows have rather crude ogee heads, and entrances are modern (OS card SO32 SW 11). First mentioned in 1610 (Brook 1988, 79).

Grade II listed 13th century remains of a chapel, later converted into a cow house (Procter 2018). Part of Stanton Manor and associated with Llanthony Priory.
