Summary : Lime kiln identified from 1st Edition OS. D-shaped, two draw holes opposed, kiln 4m high and 6m in diameter, steps leading up to charging ramp. Watchmans hut situated north west just upslope from kiln and a weigh shed complete with scales just south of the kiln. All these structures have been restored well. BA & KM 1997
