Summary :
A well-marked truncated conical mound. A kidney-shaped hollow has been dug into the centre measuring 4.9m N-S x 3.3m and 0.9m deep. Mainly covered in vegetation, but some stone visible in the hollow, consisting sandstone slabs and blocks <0.3m across.

A well-marked truncated conical mound. A kidney-shaped hollow has been dug into the centre measuring 4.9m N-S x 3.3m and 0.9m deep. Mainly covered in vegetation, but some stone visible in the hollow, consisting sandstone slabs and blocks <0.3m across. 14.5m diameter, c2.0m high GGAT 72 Prehistoric Funerary and Ritual Sites survey 2001.

(1956) A ditchless, grass and turf covered round barrow with a diameter of 14.0m and a height of 2.0m . Some stones are exposed in its sides. It is scooped out on top. (Source 02 )
(1958/1976) On the end of the SW spur of Cefn Mawr, W of Glyncorrwg, at about 402m above OD. It is 14m in diameter, with a hollow 3.4m in diameter and 0.8m deep at the centre. (Source 01 )
(1980) As RCAHM (Source 03 )
(1982) No change, except that recent digging into the sides of the central hollow indicates the core consists of tightly packed stone. (Source 04 )
