Hut Circle and Cairns, NW Slope of Braich Ddu
Primary Reference Number (PRN) : 4903 Trust : Gwynedd Community : Arthog Unitary authority : Gwynedd NGR : SH63521213 Site Type (preferred type first) : ROMAN HUT CIRCLE Status : Scheduled Monument
Description : A possible hut or small enclosure of the late prehistoric or Roman period. The natural scatters of stone which occur across the slopes above Cyfannedd make a definitive interpretation of this site impossible. Enough remains however to distinguish two stretches of tumbled walling which encompass a roughly circular area. <1>
Round hut and cairns on NW slope of Braich Ddu, scheduled. <2>
