Description : A group of huts (area SH 51258165) in poor condition and as yet unexcavated. They may be of the same period as those at Pant y Saer (SH58SW 5) excavated by W. Phillips in 1932-3 and dated C5th AD.
A hut group centred at SH 51218160, consisting of three hut circles and a sub-rectangular enclosure with a rectangular structure in its SW corner. The best preserved hut circle SH 51188165 is 13.0m in diameter and has rubble-filled walls up to 0.6m high. The other two are 6.0m and 4.5m in diameter, and in poor condition. <1>

At SH 51218164 is the enclosure (sides 21.0m x 21.0m x 30.0m by 39.0m) comprising a bank up to 0.4m high and an entrance on the E side. Surveyed at 1:2500. <3>
This prehistoric settlement site probably dates from the Iron Age and Romano-British period. It lies on a low limestone plateau about 0.5km SW of Benllech and is now largely obscured by dense scrub cover. A massive enclosure bank survives around the W and within are at least two orthostatic hut circles. One of the huts is exceptionally large measuring 10m internal diameter and is particularly well preserved. <4>
