Summary :
Part of a larger prehistoric ritual complex, this stone circle lies close to the highest point of the undulating plateau on which this and other Bronze Age ritual monuments are sited. The monument survives as a semi-circle of ten visible stones, suggesting an original diameter of c.18m for the entire circle. The largest stone stands to nearly 1m in height, with the remaining others surviving only as small stumps. NC 2001.
