Summary : CARREG QUOITAN A fine standing stone circa 2.15m high x 1.5m x 0.95m thick incorporated into the hedgebank between two pasture fields. There are at least three other fairly large boulders,which have been cleared to the boundary, lying at the north side of the base of the stone one of which has a hole drilled in it. The setting is a prominent location close to the eastern edge of Puncheston Common. RSR 2004.
