Carreg Coetan;carreg Coetan Arthur;coetan Arthur

Primary Reference Number (PRN) : 1462
Trust : Dyfed
Community : Newport
Unitary authority : Pembrokeshire
NGR : SN0603839351
Site Type (preferred type first) : Neolithic Chambered Tomb
Status : Pembrokeshire Coast National Park

Summary :
A chambered tomb consisting of a capstone measuring 9ft x 9ft x 2ft. It rests on only 2 of the 4 uprights, 4ft above ground level. There seems to be no threat or change from the last Cadw visit, although the interior chamber floor appears to be reducing due to visitor erosion. There is an interesting parchmark some 4m south of the chamber which is circa 3m in diameter. N Cook PFRS 2004
